VINCI Energies is characterised by a unique network organisation of business units. In the Netherlands, 65 business units are active. These autonomous business units are close to customers. This allows them to respond quickly and flexibly to changes and opportunities in their local markets. They can also cooperate temporarily or for long periods for larger and complex projects or international clients.

The business unit structure makes VINCI Energies a robust and agile organisation: focused on continuity. In that sense too, VINCI Energies is a sustainable organisation.

Amecha & VINCI Energies

As of 2021, Amecha has became a brand of VINCI Energies to connect our expertise with a network organisation. The great advantage of the VINCI Energies network is that Amecha has more resources, and can collaborate with other brands to unburden the customer on projects. The norms and values of VINCI Energies fit perfectly with Amecha’s working method. Besides the perfect match in values, several VINCI Energies brands and Amecha operate within the same markets and techniques, in which Amecha takes care of the special machines.

Ecovadis Platinum

Every year, VINCI Energies has itself and all its brands and business units tested on its Corporate Social Responsibility policy and approach in operational activities. VINCI Energies is then tested on 21 topics, grouped in the Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) areas. This includes ethical business practices, the environment with a specific focus on solutions leading to the preservation of a future-proof living environment, healthy labour relations, human rights, and a sustainable supply chain. VINCI Energies and thus Amecha has an Ecovadis Platinum certification. This is how VINCI Energies and Amecha show that corporate social responsibility is in our DNA and part of our daily actions.

CO2 ‘Prestatieladder’ (Performance Ladder) level 5

In addition to the audit by Ecovadis, VINCI Energies in the Netherlands also has its CO2 policy and approach tested. VINCI Energies uses the CO2 Prestatieladder to check where it stands, and where the action points are in terms of CO2-aware actions in its business operations and implementation of projects to achieve its objectives. VINCI Energies, and thus Amecha, has achieved CO2 Performance Ladder level 5 by 2023.
